Clinical Pilates
Discover the transformative power of Clinical Pilates at Prana Physiotherapy & Health. Our experienced physiotherapists offer tailored clinical pilates classes in our newly updated Crows Nest Exercise Studio.
Before starting Clinical Pilates classes, all patients must attend a Pre-Class Assessment with one of our pilates-trained Physiotherapists. This comprehensive assessment allows our Physiotherapists to take a thorough history of your health and injuries, provide a 1:1 instruction of foundational exercises and create a tailored exercise program just for you.
Whether you are in a private, duet or semi-private class, you will be working towards your individual goals with your personal exercise program.
Our state-of-the-art studio is equipped with cutting-edge Pilates equipment, allowing you to improve core strength, balance, and control. We recommend that you attend one to two classes per week for optimal results. Start your journey towards improved strength, enhanced stability, and a healthier, more active life. Contact us today to book your assessment and get started on your personalised Clinical Pilates program.
