Strength Bones & Balance

Strength, Bones & Balance classes at Prana Physiotherapy & Health are designed for individuals who want to focus on bone health, balance, falls risk, muscle strength, posture, and core stability. This circuit-style class utilises a range of pilates & physiotherapy equipment to provide a challenging workout for both the body and mind.

Under the close supervision and expert instruction of our dedicated Physiotherapists, each participant works at their own level to achieve their specific goals. We also offer the option of duet sessions for those who prefer exercising with a partner or friend at a time that suits them. Additionally, if attending the clinic is not feasible, our classes are accessible via Telehealth, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Our program can be modified to accommodate the equipment you have available.

Before starting classes, all patients must attend a Pre-Class Assessment with one of our pilates-trained Physiotherapists. This comprehensive assessment allows our Physiotherapists to take a thorough history of your health and injuries, provide a 1:1 instruction of foundational exercises and create a tailored exercise program just for you.

Our state-of-the-art studio is equipped with cutting-edge Pilates equipment, allowing you to improve core strength, balance, and control. We recommend that you attend one to two classes per week for optimal results. Start your journey towards improved strength, enhanced stability, and a healthier, more active life. Contact us today to book your assessment and prioritise your strength, bone health, and balance today.
