With over 12 years of experience, Danica is a compassionate and highly skilled physiotherapist with expertise across musculoskeletal, sports, post-operative, neurological, and community rehabilitation, including the management of complex and chronic conditions. Her broad clinical background allows her to deliver well-rounded, practical care tailored to each individual.
Prior to qualifying as a physiotherapist, Danica completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in Canada and worked in community-based rehabilitation with clients living with brain injuries, delivering exercise-based programs to support functional independence. This early experience continues to shape her holistic, movement-focused approach.
Known for her warm and approachable manner, Danica builds strong therapeutic relationships and helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their recovery. She provides evidence-based treatment, including advanced dry needling, injury prevention strategies, and functional rehabilitation. She has recently completed Women’s Health Level 1 and is currently completing Clinical Pilates certification to further enhance her movement-based therapy skills.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find Danica on the hockey pitch, or enjoying time at the park with her family and her dog Oreo.
